BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS


Destiny Worldwide Entertainment, Inc. (www.dweinc.com) is a privately held South Carolina corporation.

• Each feature film project we produced uses a separate corporate structure to avoid cross-collateralization of profits and revenue streams.
• The individual and/or corporate partners share in a proportionate participation of each project undertaken and/or each joint venture entered into.
• Destiny presently has a package of five-films available for 2012/2013 schedule.
• Destiny-Cherish Productions, Inc. has been formed and will be the production arm for the up and coming feature film entitled A CHOICE TO CHERISH. Please visit www.choicetocherish.com for updates.
• Destiny was originally created to participate in a self-perpetuating production mechanism that will produce one or two family oriented G or PG rated motion picture projects yearly.
• Private, manufacturers and corporate financial partners may support each project, which Destiny creates and produces. Destiny welcomes proposals from potential corporate and/or independent partners who wish to participate in one or more of our entertainment projects.
• Income from each Destiny produced project will be favorably returned in first position and a substantial portion of the on-going proposed profits, after recoupment, goes back to financial partners in perpetuity.
• Each project produced by Destiny is a newly formed corporate structure, and each new venture is kept separate from other projects. Books, records, financial statements, bank accounts and all other corporate, legal and banking documents remain open to all partners always.
• Additionally, Destiny has established a marketing team to satisfy financial partners and distributors alike. Our goal is to work with distributors with the commercial placement of every project produced by Destiny that will enhance and offer the safest and most financially successful outcome available for that project.
• We also welcome corporate and manufacturing financial partners seeking to market and/or advertise their products by exposure in motion pictures. The commercial placement and product promotion of various products in film has proven to be a valuable means of reaching a worldwide audience for their products. Whether you are talking about an automobile, food product, exercise equipment, electronic devises, computer items or clothing, there are numerous opportunities to have your product favorably placed in the film and to have stars paired with these products, thus creating an air of endorsement by way of custom crafting the products exposure. In most cases, motion picture advertising for a particular product can be more successful than print ads or commercially produced commercials for radio and TV.
• Destiny Worldwide Entertainment was founded with a purpose of supporting charitable and nonprofit organizations around the world. Part of the proceeds earned and paid to Destiny will be channeled into a separate trust account that eventually will support Destiny WE Foundation. We propose to establish this new Foundation with the goal of financially assisting those in need, Christian organizations and specific charities supported by our financial partners. We also offer financial partners the opportunity to participate in our donations and would be proud to designate some of the project revenue to a preferred charitable organization in our partner's name. And, if so desired, would state to all media and press representatives that a percentage of their proceeds have been given to this chosen charity.
